Description: Phlox is originally from North America but is grown all around the world today. Phlox has many flowers in a cluster at the top of the stem but the flowers are delicate looking and keep the flower looking elegant and classy. The blooms can be many different colors such as white, pink, lavender, purple, and mixes thereof. Phlox is available from April through October and typically lasts from 3 to 7 days.

How to care for your Phlox:

• Remove any packaging materials upon recieving your flowers.
• Cut at least an inch off each stem with a sharp knife or pruners at a diagonal.
• Place the freshly cut stems in a hydrating solution.
• After being hydrated, place the stems in a clean container with a water and flower food solution.
• Allow the phlox to condition itself at room temperature for two hours before placing in the cooler. You can use a plastic bag to cover the phlox at this point, but be sure to take it off before cooling.
• Place the phlox in a cooler. Let them drink for at least two hours before selling.
• Clean the container, recut the stems, and replace the solution every other day.
