Description: The famous Dutch flower that actually originated from the Middle East. The tulip is available in many bright colors and can be used to brighten up any arrangement. These flowers continue to grow after they have been cut, and will stretch toward the sunlight until they fully die.

How to care for your tulips:

Cut the stems of the tulips with a sharp knife, at an angle, and make sure to take off at least an inch. Then place the flowers directly in a clean vase filled with water and flower food solution. The water should be lukewarm.

Do not be alarmed by the tulips bending, they are only trying to stretch toward the light. Rotating the vase every day will help to counter this. Be sure to clean the vase and replace the water as well as recut the stems every 3-4 days.
